Position Navigation & Timing (PNT) Program Analyst

Job Description Provide program management support and navigation system subject matter expertise for navigation system procurement and future capability planning. Essential Job Functions: Serve as common navigation system SME for all platform integration and test events. Provide subject matter expertise, as needed, for common navigation systems. Support system and subsystem test. Maintain current knowledge of aircraft NAV configurations of fleet aircraft. Act as PNT representative for platform pre-PPCs and PPCs. Assist with the development of integration and test Statements of Work (SOW)s and CDRLs to ensure capability requirements are met. Assist with the technical assessment of vendor proposals for integration and test. Provide cost data, schedules and variables for platform integration, test and installation. Review platform integrator CDRL submissions for technical accuracy and impact. Review revisions/submissions of platform tech manuals and technical directives. Assist in development of navigation system Maintenance Plans and ULSSs. Job Requirements Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. A High School Diploma plus 20 years of experience, an Associate's Degree plus 14 years of experience or a Bachelor's Degree plus 12 years of experience is required. An active Secret security clearance is required. Program management experience in Cost, Schedule, Capability management, to include Risk assessment, tracking, and mitigation. Experience in PNT capabilities, products and mission. Program management support experience to include reviewing and providing inputs for Program Initiation Documents (PIDs) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs). Requires Developmental (DT) or Operational (OT) Test and Evaluation experience to include experience identifying and drafting test requirements, preparing test plans, and reviewing test reports. Desired Skills: Current NAVAIR program support experience. DAWAII Level III certification or equivalent education/training. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
