Job Title Sr Sustainment Lead Job Description Hexagon US Federal is currently looking for an experience Sustainment Lead to lead a large 24/7/365 Help Desk program in three diverse locations; New Orleans, LA, Patuxent River, MD, and San Diego, CA.

This position will be located in Lexington Park, MD
Responsibilities:
Coordinating and managing day-to-day service delivery of their respective area This shall include all operational environments, organizational relationships, and service delivery activities, in cooperation and coordination with Government personnel, other IT service providers, and all third-party providers associated with delivering or supporting the Government IT environment Responsible for quantifying service disruptions and facilitating after action problem management and service delivery issues Reports to the Project Managers, as well as the Government leadership, as required Job Requirements Education:
Bachelor's degree in a IT related discipline, Master's degree is a plus
Experience:
HDI Support Center Analyst with 6 months performance:
Navy experience preferred HDI Knowledge Centered Support with 6 months performance:
Navy Experience preferred System migration and implementation experience required.
Certifications:
PMI PMP Certification (not required but a plus) ITIL Intermediate (required) Security Plus (not required, but a plus) Security Requirements:
Requires personnel to have a favorably adjudicated SSBI with Secret clearance Job Type Full-time Category Network Administration Career Level Experienced (Non-Manager) Location Lexington Park, MD 20653 US (Primary).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
