This exciting opportunity is with a not for profit community hospital in Eastern Maryland. The facility is known for getting their patients well and keeping them well. The facility specializes in primary care, general surgery, hematology, oncology, obstetrics, gynecology, and pain management.

The Medical Surgical Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement the nursing care to meet the patients' needs, by following the appropriate policy and procedures of the assigned department. The Medical Surgical Registered Nurse maintains unit-specific and hospital competencies, mandatory learning, and any clinical certifications required in accordance with the Staff Education and Training policy GA-057 and/or any other department requirements.

The Medical Surgical Registered Nurse will have 6 months -1 years related experience, an associate&s;s degree (A.A) or diploma program, Registered Nurse Certification; and Maryland State Licensure.
