Manager, Integrated Mental Health Services (Performance Psychology)

Work You'll doThe purpose of the role of Integrated Mental Health Services (IMHS) Performance Psychology Manager is to support the Senior Manager leading Performance Psychology as part of the US Firm-based IMHS Team and senior IMHS colleagues.
Primary responsibilities include implementation of performance psychology initiatives and execution of evidence-based, core program technologies and solutions.
As a part of the team, you will create value by helping to bring together expansive subject matter expertise, deep industry experience, strategy, operations/process, technology, and people into integrated solutions and outcomes.
You will closely collaborate on the growth of the sub-specialty and focus on solutions that create the ideal psychological environment for sustained elite performance in highly competitive environments.
Program Development:
Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of programs to support evolving initiatives.
Implementation of Initiatives:
Offer consultation across the firm in the areas of employee behavior and performance psychology of business functions; Deliver tailored solutions to include primary prevention/resilience support, general education/training, triage/problem assessment, resource navigation/case management, behavioral coaching, and specialty programs; Execute culturally relevant solutions and programs.
Cultivation of Relationships:
Build strong relationships and partnerships across business functions and enhance overall visibility across the firm; Engage relationship management skillsets to contribute to substantially to developing top-tier referral resources and support provider relations management.
Operations:
Provide operational support to senior staff to include program evaluation/analytics reporting, case management system maintenance, service area compliance activities, provider relations database assistance, marketing and communications plan execution, logistics assistance for specialty program implementation, assist in evolving technology solutions, contribute to process improvement strategy.
Training:
Support the development of training curriculum related to internal functions and aligned with industry best practice; Support senior staff in the design and delivery of educational and self-management resources and web-based learning.
Develop:
Actively engage in professional development as industry professional and Deloitte professional.
Other Duties as Required:
Complete special assignments and projects for senior leaders, as directed.
QualificationsRequiredMinimum master's degree in behavioral health related field is required (eg, counseling, human development, sport psychology) with a specialty in performance psychology; Doctoral degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of post-degree, relevant experience.
Exposure to either internal or external performance psychology programs, research, and operations.
Extensive knowledge of performance psychology principles, science, and application.
Experience coordinating mental performance professionals and assisting in their development.
Mental performance needs identification/assessment and case conceptualization skills, referral experience, and case management proficiencies.
Experience working across functions collaboratively for development and quality assurance of performance psychology educational experiences.
Comprehensive understanding of workplace performance psychology and emerging technology solutions.
