VectorCSP is looking for an experienced Program Manager (Account Leader) to oversee an inter-departmental portfolio of government contracts.

Summary:
The Program Manager reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and provides leadership, performance, management, and delivery on VectorCSP's current US Department of Homeland Security and Department of Defense contract portfolio in accordance with VectorCSP's corporate vision:
To be the dominant force for good in US Government contracting.
The Program Managers is responsible for demonstrating leadership and ensuring effective communication of company strategy to employees, providing superior delivery of services, portfolio growth, and dedicated employee development and wellbeing.
Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced degree preferred7 - 10 years of directly relevant experience, with an emphasis on demonstrated leadershipExperience supporting business development and contract transition initiatives preferredUSCG Surface Forces or USN NAVAIR experience preferredSecret clearance eligibleEssential Duties:
Program Managers lead portions of VectorCSP's operational portfolio and are responsible for:
acting on behalf of the company on all matters relating to daily operation of the assigned portfolio of contractsproviding direct supervisory support to fielded VectorCSP mangers and their delivery teams, as well as input and guidance to subcontractor personnel.
ensuring contracts within account portfolio meet/exceed financial performance expectationsconducting capture and planning to successfully recompete aligned contractsensuring account health and growth reflect company growth strategysupporting managers to help their delivery teams meet or exceed customer requirements and expectationssupporting regular engagements with customer (government or prime) stakeholders to align expectationsworking with managers to ensure resourcing (staffing, utilization, technology) within account is appropriate to meet all customer and VectorCSP requirementsensuring every aligned employee is supported and treated fairly and consistentlyensuring aligned managers receive appropriate guidance, coaching, and support and that they represent the core values of VectorCSP to their staffs and their customersKnowledge, Skill and Abilities:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
